Paul Prowse is a principal of Business Buying Services and is a qualified valuer with over 30 years experience in the brokage and agency profession. His experience to search, assess, negotiate and complete transactions for his clients, will provide the comfort and support necessary in this important investment decision. He understands the pressures and issues associated with most transactions, and will provide the experience, guidance and advice to achieve the result on the right terms and conditions. Phillip Teudt

Phil advises on all aspects of the business buying process from search to generating an offer and negotiating on behalf of the buyer. Phil has many years experience as a business broker and valuer. With his studies in Law, Advanced Business Valuation and his expert knowledge of the SME buying and selling process Phil is well placed to add value to the buying process for his clients. Phil is a principal of Business Buying Services and he is licensed by the Office of Fair Trading to act as a Business Broker and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. Joseph Librandi

Joe is a principal consultant with Business Buying Services and brings a wealth of experience gained over the past 30 years working in the areas of finance, accounting, telecommunications, NFP, and real estate. He has held a range of senior management positions including, financial accountant and has a strong financial and accounting background with a flair for strategic and business planning. He is passionate about working closely with clients so that he can guide and support them through the complicated and stressful process of locating, selecting, negotiating and acquiring a business. Joe also has formal business qualifications including an MBA.

Paul Branagan

Paul is a dynamic results driven senior executive with an outstanding record of success in consistently identifying and pursuing opportunities for his clients. He has exceptional financial acumen and has extensive senior management experience in finance and operations both locally and overseas.  Paul has worked in an advisory capacity to boards of International companies. He holds an Honours Degree in Political Science.

Fiona Zafirakos

Fiona manages our data base system of Accountants, advisors and specific mandate searches. Her previous work experience has been in the services sector including Finance and Law with roles in Client Services Management and Corporate Governance. Fiona has post Graduate Qualifications in Corporate Governance, Corporations Law and Company Practice and Meetings.
